At last I found the spot...Castle Clinton. This is where I was supposed to meet a group of people of unknown numbers by 0800 the following morning. The only thing that I had to go on was that the person who would be leading the group might be wearing a beret. I saw a picture of him on the Internet. I could only hope that the picture I saw on the Internet was accurate.
